We're getting ready to head to Florida for another shuttle launch. We're planning on spending a week at NAS Mayport watching the boats and ships coming up the St. John's River to Jacksonville! Then we are off to Titusville to see another shuttle launch set for May 14th. There are only 3 more shuttle launches and we are really going to try and see them all!
We are trying to squeeze a visit with some friends in Rotonda!
This is also a test trip for us making premaking food and freezing it. This trip, we made calzones and froze them and cannot wait to try them out!
